Essential Health Benefit prescribed by Affordable Care Act is for individuals to age 19. Benefits that Delta Dental pays on this plan are higher than that of the coverage on the Federally Compliant Plan – Low. |
Members may see any dentist; however, if you see a dentist who participates in the Delta Dental PPO and/or Premier network(s) your out-of-pocket expenses will likely be less. |
